• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed).
• Application data: CVs you upload, job descriptions, company names, job links and generated documents.
• Usage and plan data: number of generations, plan and subscription status.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

We process data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), to handle billing and accounting obligations (legal obligation, art. 6(1)(c)), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database and file storage, document generation (including AI-based text processing) and payments. They process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Your account and application data are kept while your account is active. You can delete applications at any time. When you delete your account, your data is removed within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for accounting law.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Send requests to info@marufhossainit.fi. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Your files are stored privately and only you can access them through your account. Access is protected by authentication and per-user access rules.
