1. Who we are

ApplyMatch is a service provided by Maruf Hossain IT. Business ID 3381041-3, VAT FI33810413, Finland. Contact: info@marufhossainit.fi.

2. The service

ApplyMatch helps you prepare tailored job application documents (such as cover letters and professional profiles) based on the CV, job description and information you provide. Generated content is based only on your own material; we do not add qualifications or experience you have not provided.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of your CV and the documents generated for you. You confirm you have the right to upload the content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents for accuracy before sending them to any employer. We do not guarantee any interview, job offer or hiring outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ApplyMatch to create false or misleading applications, to upload unlawful content or someone else's personal data without permission, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are described on the Pricing page and governed by our Subscription & Billing Terms and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ApplyMatch available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You may stop using ApplyMatch and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers may also bring disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
