As an EU consumer you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
ApplyMatch is a digital service available immediately after purchase. If you ask the service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may receive a refund reduced in proportion to the service already provided (for example generations already used). If you expressly agreed that the service begins immediately and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once fully provided, the right no longer applies after full performance.
Email info@marufhossainit.fi from your account email with the subject "Withdrawal" or "Refund request", stating your name and the plan purchased. A clear written statement is enough.
Approved refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method.
After the withdrawal period, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty.
